How can we help?
Email hello@onelist.live — a real person reads every message. Tell us your Mac or iPhone model and macOS or iOS version, and what you were doing.
I can't see the bump
It rests on the right edge of your screen (or the left, if you moved it in Settings → General). If it's hidden behind a full-screen app, move the pointer to that edge. You can also open OneList from the menu bar or with ⌥ Space.
Voice keys don't work in other apps
OneList needs Accessibility to notice the keys in other apps and type for you. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and turn OneList on. Microphone and Speech Recognition must be allowed too. You can change the keys in Settings → Voice.
It keeps mishearing a name
Add it in Settings → Voice → My words. Or just fix it once where OneList typed it — with “Learn from my corrections” on, it learns the fix and puts it right next time.
My meetings aren't showing
OneList shows the calendars on your device. Allow Calendars in Settings → Accounts, and make sure the account is added in System Settings → Internet Accounts (or iPhone Settings → Calendar → Accounts). You can hide or show individual calendars from the Agenda's calendar menu.
Connecting Google
Settings → Accounts → Connect Google account. While Google is reviewing OneList you may see “Google hasn't verified this app” — tap Advanced, then Go to OneList. Google is only used for Meet links, invites and finding free times; everything else works without it.
Syncing between Mac and iPhone
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on, on both devices. Changes usually arrive within a few seconds.
